A sushi counter and Nikkei kitchen that treat the day's local fish a different way.
Umi brings a different sea to Crete. Behind the counter, the chefs cut the same day-boat fish you'll find at To Kyma, then take it in a Nikkei direction with citrus and chilli. It's small, low-lit, and best eaten as a run of little plates.
